Angeles Carrillo is a very dedicated Trimco family member who just celebrated 37 years with the company. She was happy to talk about Trimco, the people she works with and the things she has learned.
Angeles started her Trimco career working on the shop floor where she learned about the many products the company manufacturers. She feels that the product and company knowledge she has gained over the years have been very valuable and enjoys sharing this knowledge and experience with all her co-workers. The one thing that she wants Trimco employees to know about her is that she truly cares for all of them.
She now heads Trimco’s Quote Department and prides herself on providing timely and accurate product quotations to Trimco customers. There is a lot that goes into providing an accurate quotation, several questions need to be asked, you need to have knowledge of how the products are used, and you need to ensure customers are getting exactly what they need. Product knowledge is key and Angeles has that knowledge. “If it needs to be done, she will do whatever it takes to complete her tasks”, says Jason Bennett, President.
