Meet Albert – Our Controller!

Don’t struggle pronouncing this one, just call him Albert, we all do.

Albert joined Trimco in December 2015, right before our big move to Oceanside. His title may be Controller of Accounting and Finance, but he wears many hats in the office and has acquired multiple roles. Albert is also the Director of HR and our IT department; but he can be found operating the grill at our baseball opening day team BBQ’s as well!

Since his start in 2015, Albert’s favorite memory at Trimco was inventory 2016. It was described as grueling but satisfying. Looking back, he can still see all the tired faces but what stands out the most to him is how everybody stepped up, worked together, and got the job done.

Albert is not a man of mystery; he prefers to be an open book. However, one thing people might be surprised to learn about him is that he recently took up golf. Albert fell hard for this sport and tees off at any chance he gets!

When asked about his favorite Live the T attributes, he replied with “Passion and Having Fun While Doing Serious Business”. He puts “Passion” into every task and always looks to keep teammates smiling and having fun! Albert’s catch phrase to get everyone motivated is, “Let’s rockand roll!”.

We asked Albert: Why Trimco? What makes you want to work here? He replied, “I see the opportunity and growth within the company, I believe in the vision and the culture at Trimco. I want to be a chapter in this book.” You already are, Albert, you are chapters 4-6 and 11-14 with all the hats you wear! We appreciate everything you do!
